Once the customer paid for connection, refund will be processed as per the following policies –

  • Refund will be made within 10 working days after service cancellation by the subscriber.
  • Bank or Payment Gateway charge may be deducted subject to the terms and conditions of the relevant Bank or Payment Gateway.
  • Once installation is done, installation fee will be deducted from refund amount.

2. Returns Policy

a. Equipment Returns: If you have purchased or leased equipment from Padma Online Internet Service, you may return it within a specified return period, provided the equipment is in its original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

b. Cancellation of Service: If you wish to cancel your Padma Online Internet Service, please contact customer support. Equipment provided by Padma Online Internet Service may need to be returned in its original condition and packaging. Any applicable fees or charges will be communicated to you before the cancellation is finalized.

3. Process for Refunds and Returns

b. Return Authorization: For equipment returns, a Return Authorization may be required. This ensures that the return is processed smoothly.

c. Return Shipping: If applicable, you will be responsible for shipping the equipment back to us in its original packaging. Please follow the instructions provided by our customer support.

d. Inspection and Processing: Once we receive the returned equipment, it will be inspected. If the return meets the specified conditions, a refund may be issued.
